On September 21, the China standard-compliant urban rail transit vehicle brand VELLINK was officially launched in Ningbo. This marks the formal entry of CRRC’s proprietary VEL series brand for complete vehicles and complete equipment into the rail transit equipment sector.
What is VELLINK? And what are its key features?
VEL serves as the international brand root for CRRC’s “Xuan” series brand. “Xuan” originates from Xuanyuan, the Yellow Emperor, and is CRRC’s exclusive brand for standardized, serialized and platform-based complete vehicles and complete equipment. LINK echoes the spirit of “Zhen,” which conveys the meaning of “striving for the highest perfection and improving day by day.” It represents ultimate quality, progressive performance and impeccable service.
