On April 28, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions decided to award 379 units with the National May 1 Labor Certificate, 1,462 employees with the National May 1 Labor Medal, and 1,183 collectives with the National Worker Pioneer title. Among them, Liu Wenqiang, an electric welder at the Carbody Manufacturing Center of CRRC ZELC was honored with the National May 1 Labor Medal.
Liu Wenqiang is not only an electric welder but also holds an engineer title and senior technician qualification. He has been honored with awards such as the CRRC Labor Medal, CRRC Technical Model Worker, Hunan Provincial May 1 Labor Medal, Hunan Provincial Technical Expert, and Hunan Provincial “Top 100 Excellent Artisans.” Last year, he once again won the aluminum alloy welder championship at the CRRC Vocational Skills Competition.
