On December 17, the final of CRRC ZELC’s 3rd Corporate Culture Lecturer Competition, themed "I Speak for Corporate Culture", was successfully held.
The final kicked off with all attendees singing "CRRC Anthem — Walking with You." Twelve corporate culture lecturers made a remarkable appearance, using vivid language to interpret cultural depth and real-life cases to convey positive energy, jointly presenting a cultural feast that combined intellectual depth with emotional resonance. Expert judges conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the participants across multiple dimensions, including the depth of cultural concept interpretation, content relevance, teaching skills, and onstage charisma.
During the event, young employees performed an original theme song "Never Fear the Distance". With youthful melody and storytelling, this song conveys the company's cultural values, showcasing the uplifting spirit of its employees.
The event also featured screenings of award-winning works from the first "Walking with You" Brand Story Competition, along with the "BI Ascent Project" awards ceremony and a book presentation for A Brief History of CRRC.
