CRRC Shandong Wind Power has officially inaugurated its "CRRC Care Room," a dedicated on-site facility designed to support the health and well-being of female employees — a practical step in translating the company's ESG commitments into everyday workplace benefits.
Completed in October 2025, the facility was certified as a "CRRC Standardized Care Room" in December of the same year in recognition of its high construction and operational standards. The space is thoughtfully zoned to serve different needs: a private nursing room equipped with a refrigerator, sterilizer, and other dedicated amenities provides a comfortable, secure environment for working mothers, while integrated fitness, reading, and relaxation areas support rest, stress relief, and overall well-being throughout the workday.
A detailed operational management framework ensures the facility responds to employees' evolving needs, combining standardized services with personalized care.
