At present, CR330E mining truck, which was tested industrially in the East Open-pit Mine of China Coal Pingshuo Group, is stable and well received.
By Mar. 16th, this mining truck has been fully loaded for 2,102 hours at the East Open-pit Mine of China Coal Pingshuo Group, with a mileage of 16,867 km and a transport capacity of about 735,436 Tons. After being tested by harsh operating conditions such as low temperature, sandstorm, rain and snow, exposure to the sun and long-distance heavy-load climbing, the mining truck is in a stable condition. “The function and stability of this “big guy” is so excellent, the driving sense is so good, and the load is higher than the foreign car used by our mine, especially the core of electric transmission system are all our domestic products, it’s really awesome”, a driver from East Open-pit Mine said.
Since August last year, the industrial test of this mining truck was carried out in East Open-pit Mine of China Coal Pingshuo Group. After being successively experienced several links such as vehicle assembly, system commissioning, no-load operation and half-load operation, it’s officially incorporated into East Open-pit Mine production fleet for unified management and driving in October last year, and entered the stage of three shift full-load operations.
At present, the Mining Equipment Department and related organizations are actively communicating and coordinating with the Mine Party to fully ensure the smooth progress of the industrial test of CR330E mining truck, laying a solid foundation for the company to build an “integrated industrial layout with two wings and one pillar”.
