During May 9 to 13, CSR Sifang attended the 2014 China Tianjin Investment and Trade Fair & PECC International Trade and Investment Expo. Mr. Guan Yushan, Vice President of CSR Sifang attended the expo and at the same time joined the SOE forum.
On the opening day, Mr. He Shushan, Vice Mayor of Tianjin, visited CSR Sifang’s booth, where Mr. Guan Yushan introduced the company and products. In response, Mr. He Shushan expressed his recognition to our achievements and thanks to our contributions to the rail transportation in Tianjin.
During the expo, CSR Sifang demonstrated our technical capabilities and brand image via train models, videos, brochures and display boards. The models of modern tram, metro cars for Tianjin Metro Line 3, CRH380A high-speed EMU and CRH6 intercity EMU won applauses and close looks from the audience, becoming “stars” on the expo. The continuous report of our company by local media provides an excellent platform to show Tianjin citizen our R&D capabilities.
As reported, this expo has been held 20 times successively by Ministry of Commerce, Tianjin Municipal Government, China General Chamber of Commerce, China Association of Enterprises with Foreigh Investment and China Shippers’Association, becoming a platform for China to promote the development and opening-up strategy of Binhai New Area as well as a key platform of investment & trade cooperation and communication for north China and even Southwest Asia.
