At the night of May 18, the talk show on CCTV, Dialogue was shown on the topic of How the High Speed Train Was Tempered. This 50-min show was separated in several sessions, including “Q&A on High Speed Train Technology”, “Unveil the magic heart and rocket head of China’s high speed train”, “How to grow from zero to first class”, “China’s high speed train being the world’s fastest”, “Questions on the standards involved for China’s high speed train to go global” and “Questions from the railway fans”, representing the audience a video feast of China’s high speed train.
During this program, Mr. Zheng Changhong, Chairman of CSR, as the main guest, had a dialogue with Mr. Chen Weihong on the development process of China’s high speed train, analyzing China’s hard power under the high-speed train diplomacy. Mr. Ma Yunshuang, President of CSR Sifang, together with Ms. Liang Jianying, Vice President of CSR Sifang, also attended this program as guests. They talked about the practical and arduous efforts CSR Sifang people paid during the innovative design process to realized scientific achievements and tackle difficulties.
During the program, Xu Lei, Tao Guidong, Du Jian and Sun Xiaoyan from CSR Sifang used plain language and told their experiences in the developing process of CRH380A as designers and workers. Endeavors, devotions and persistence they paid moved all the audience.
This Dialogue was recorded in our high-speed EMU production workshop of Final Assembly Branch on April 22. Before that, the Dialogue team already spent about one month preparing and planning the program on our production lines.
