On September 6, the finals of the 2026 Lean and Digital Innovation Competition, organized by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society, were held at the Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center. CRRC won one of the competition’s two top honors, the “Gold Star Award for Innovation Excellence,” securing the award for the second consecutive year. CRRC also received the Best Organization Award.
Among CRRC’s 39 competing projects, 15 received five-star ratings, 13 received four-star ratings, and 11 received three-star ratings. Across the competition, five-star ratings were awarded to 20% of entries. Three CRRC projects also received Popularity Star awards.
A total of 39 CRRC teams advanced to the finals, competing alongside 552 teams from 369 companies across China. Their achievements demonstrated CRRC’s capabilities in lean management and digital innovation.
