On February 5, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China (MIIT) released the 2025 list of National Green Factories and Green Industrial Parks. Yibin CRRC Times New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, was officially recognized as a National-Level Green Factory.

A “Green Factory” designation is awarded to manufacturing facilities that demonstrate intensive land use, non-toxic raw material utilization, clean production processes, resource recycling of waste, and low-carbon energy use. Green factories are considered core implementation units within China’s green manufacturing system and represent a key development model for the future of industrial enterprises.

Established on October 30, 2024, Yibin CRRC Times New Energy serves as the company’s largest new-type energy storage production base. In less than two years, the company has doubled both output value and revenue, created more than 750 local jobs, and ranked among Yibin’s Top 50 Industrial Enterprises for two consecutive years, placing 13th in 2025.
