As Chinese New Year is approaching, the South is faced with coldness and rain. At 9:20 on January 25, Li Yufu, Secretary of Party Leadership, Vice-Chairman and First Secretary of the Secretariat of All-China Federation of Trade Union, led a delegation to ‘bring warmth’ to CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. The delegation went to front line to visit staff that had difficulties in their life and model workers and extended New Year’s greetings and blessings to all employees at the same time.
Zhou Qinghe, Chairman of CRRC Zhuzhou, and Liu Zhiping, Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection and Chairman of the Labor Union together introduced the company’s operating conditions and Labor Union to the delegation when they came to assembly workshops of Urban-Rail Business Department, a five-star spot of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. The delegation was also invited to get on locomotives to experience new products.
The development of the company is for employees’ well-being. Li Yufu ironed clothes for staff himself at the laundry center of the company.
As Chinese New Year, the year of dog, is coming, the Labor Union of the company hosted an activity of ‘Welcome New Year, Send Spring Festival Couplets’. Li Yufu wrote down one scroll as ‘Labor and Shoulder Chinese Dream’ and another one as ‘Create and Open a Door to Happiness’ with a horizontal scroll as ‘One-Hundred Year Hard Work’ to the whole company to give his best wishes.
