“300 container flat wagons arrive in Buenus Aires today after they left China around one month ago. These wagons will be put into use in Argentina railway freight transportation. 200 of them will be used in Saint Martin line.” These words was written by Argentina president Mauricio Macri in Facebook on Oct. 26, 2016.
These wagons were made by CRRC Meishan Co., Ltd. On Oct. 28, the minister of Transportation Ministry and the chairman of railway freight transportation company inspected unloading work on board and accepted the interview of local media.
Since then, these wagons were tested on line for one month and were very well in operation. The user gives the high evaluation on their performance.
It is reported that 200 ore hopper wagons will arrive in Argentina in the end of 2016. Another 550 hopper wagons will be delivered to Argentina in the end of the first quarter of 2017.
