The Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) will be hold in Johannesburg, South Africa. The FOCAC will be attended by around 50 African heads of state and government, representatives from the African Union, heads of regional organizations and multilateral organizations. The FOCAC meeting will provide Africa with an opportunity to learn from China's high-speed rail network.
