The CR330E mining dump truck is a 300-ton mining dump truck developed by CRRC Datong, featuring independent intellectual property rights and locally manufactured core components. The core components of the truck, such as converter cabinet, resistor cabinet, wheel-hub reducer, main generator and traction motor, are all provided by CRRC. The main frame is subject to a lightweight design and is welded by molding plates, castings etc.; McPherson suspension is adopted for the front axle; the rim and the hub are connected by bolts; the rear axle housing is of a cast-welded construction made of formed plates and castings, and is connected to the frame through an A-type frame; wet disc braking is provided; the cab is provided with ROPS/FOPS features; it is compatible with MTU and Cummins engines, the electrical system of the whole truck features good extensibility, and extension interfaces are reserved for other systems (remote monitoring and diagnosis, collector rails, unmanned driving, etc.).
