Product introduction
China-Belarus No.2 freight electric locomotive with six axles and 7200 is developed according to the transport characteristics and customer’s need. It is another kind of AC traction freight electric locomotive of wide gauge and high cold toleration exported from Datong branch to European market, whose main structure and parts adopt mature technologies.
Main technical features:
1. Traction converter, auxiliary converter as well as locomotive control system adopt mature and reliable technology that has been applied to HXD2C and China-Belarus No.1 freight locomotive that benefits operation and maintenance.
2. Based on China-Belarus No.1 freight locomotive, moderate improvements for braking system is conducted according to the operating requirement of cabs at both ends. The performance of braking system can satisfy Operation Requirement for China-Belarus Railway Locomotive Braking Device.
3. Car body adopts integrated bearing structure which installs rack on under frame device and unites them into one piece, in which, there are cabs with side windows for driver to escape, inert gases automatic fire extinguisher and cold prevention and heating devices, all improving bearing capacity of locomotive, safety and reliability, and environmental suitability.
4. Bogie is Co bogie with 1520mm rail gauge, and its frame adopts the material of fine grain and high strength, which can satisfy the operation requirements under low temperature.
