Product introduction
HXD2F heavy-haul freight locomotive is a newly-created heavy-haul freight locomotive taking innovation as the leading factor and satisfying running need of 30t axle load heavy-haul line originated in China. Taking development of the existing lines into consideration, it also can be done that justifying locomotive axle load from 30t to 27t to satisfy traction need of 27t axle load freight locomotive on the existing lines.
Main technical features
1. Locomotive traction power at wheel rim is 8×1200kW, starting traction effort reaches 910kN under the 30t condition, and axle load can be transferable from 30t to 27t. It is a kind of heavy-haul freight locomotive with the heaviest axle load, the fastest speed of sing-axle traction force and running.
2. Bogie adopts trilobate loading gear case, bearing supports at both ends of driving gear shaft, flexible coupling structure of diaphragm type, new type axle and wheel etc. to satisfy the need of heavy-haul loading with excellent dynamics performance.
3. Car body can bear more than 3000KN tensile load, and coupler can bear over 4445KN compressive load so as to satisfy the need of traction and braking of heavy-haul freight locomotive.
4. Locomotive adopts new Internet controlling system of WTB+Ethernet dual bus structure.
5. Braking system can adapt to ECP braking technology and reserves corresponding interface.
6. It realized simplicity & utility, interconnection and interworking, and it can run coupling with HXD1F type locomotive.
