Recently, Diesel Engine Company successfully held its thirteenth Staff Position Skill Competition. The competition, themed "Staff Vocational Skills League" for the construction of the industrial reform brand, focused on the fitter trade. A total of 106 employees from the mechanical processing workshop, assembly workshop, and after-sales service participated actively, showcasing the professional skills and team spirit of industrial workers.As the thirteenth Staff Position Skill Competition organized by the union of Diesel Engine Company, this edition was meticulously planned and arranged in terms of pre-competition training, competition organization, and award presentation. The competition consisted of three parts: theoretical examination, position knowledge defense, and practical operation assessment, aiming to comprehensively evaluate the contestants' mastery of professional knowledge, practical operation ability, and emergency response capability. In the practical operation assessment, contestants independently completed the production of mating parts on the competition site, demonstrating their proficiency in fitter skills such as filing, grinding, and assembly, reflecting the professional quality of industrial workers.The competition not only provided a platform for contestants to showcase and improve themselves but also stimulated the enthusiasm of the broad staff to learn technology and enhance skills.
