CRRC releases Employee Integrity Compliance Manual

To accelerate the establishment of CRRC world-class enterprise rule of law construction demonstration action, solidify the compliance concept of "Compliance is our core competitiveness", and provide action guidelines for employees' integrity and compliance performance, CRRC took nine months to organize the preparation of the "Employee Integrity and Compliance Manual" (hereinafter referred to as the "Manual"), which was officially released recently.

"Manual" for the first time put forward the concept of "CRRC C (compliance)", and in the preparation of three features: First, in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to take the initiative to learn, based on the text version of the Manual, the comic version is also compiled, and combined with the characteristics of CRRC's main business and the professional characteristics of legal compliance personnel, the IP image of legal compliance personnel is designed to describe the compliance requirements under specific circumstances in a vivid form. Second, is to sort out and summarize the achievements of the construction of CRRC compliance system, and design the CRRC compliance management building with "123455" as the framework. Third, in order to facilitate memorization, the twelve basic obligations that employees should abide by stipulated in the Manual were converted into the catchy "Jingle of Compliance Obligation for Employees".

The main content of the Manual is divided into five chapters, of which the first chapter "General Provisions" introduces CRRC's compliance philosophy, basic requirements, management objectives and basic management principles. The second chapter, "Compliance Management System", introduces CRRC's five compliance management systems. The third chapter "Employee integrity Compliance Obligations" stipulates twelve basic compliance obligations that employees should abide by. The fourth chapter "Employee Compliance Commitment" is the standardized compliance commitment version formulated by CRRC, which requires employees in important positions and key fields to sign. Chapter five, "Violation Reporting", introduces CRRC compliance reporting mechanism, and clarifies the acceptance units, acceptance conditions, reporting channels and handling requirements for violation reporting.

The leadership of CRRC attaches great importance to the construction of corporate compliance culture. Sun Yongcai, Party secretary and chairman of CRRC Group, makes a preface to the Handbook. At the press conference of "CRRC C" rule of law and compliance culture construction achievements, CRRC General manager (President) Ma Yunshuang sent sincere messages to CRRC employees to learn "Manual".
