The center sill structure is adopted, which is mainly comprised of underframe assembly, tank body assembly, the connection of the tank body with the underframe, coupler & draft gear, air brake rigging, hand brake rigging, underframe fittings, side ladder& running board assembly, and bogie, etc. The wagon adopts top loading and top unloading.

采用有中梁结构，主要由底架组成、罐体装配、罐体与底架连接装配、车钩缓冲装置、风制动装置、手制动装置、底架附属件、侧梯及走台组成、转向架等部件组成。车辆采用上装上卸装卸方式。
