Summary: This dual-purpose flat car can be used as a general-propose flat car and container flat car, which is suitable for operating on China standard gauge railway. It is mainly comprised of underfame, locking device, end door, bogie, brake equipment, coupler and draft gear, etc. The underframe is of steel-and-wood mixed structure with wood floor. The car adopts turnover locker, ZK5 bogie or ZK6 bogie, air brake system with120 type control valve, NSW type hand brake, 17 type coupler and MT-2 type draft gear.
