Yang Shouyi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee，Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of Labor Union of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute
Mr. Yang Shouyi was born in 1963, Chinese nationality, and has no foreign right of abode. Mr. Yang graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University, with Master degree in railway traction electric and automation and hold the title of senior engineer. Currently, Mr. Yang serves as the chairman of the supervisory board, vice secretary of the party committee，secretary of discipline inspection commission and chairman of labor union of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, with the rich experience of technical and operating management in the business which our company involves in. Mr. Yang joined in our company in July of 1984. He served as the vice director of R&D Center, director of R&D Center, vice chief engineer and director of Investment & Planning Department of Zhuzhou Institute from March of 2001 to December of 2004, the assistant president and vice secretary of the branch party committee of Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co.,Ltd from January of 2005 to March of 2006, the assistant president and director of Strategic Planning Department of Zhuzhou Institute from April of 2006 to June of 2007, the vice general manager of CSR Zhuzhou Institute and the chairman of the board and general manager of Hunan CSR Times Eletric Vehicle Co.,Ltd from July of 2007 to December of 2007, the vice general manager of CSR Zhuzhou Institute and the chairman of the board of Hunan CSR Times Eletric Vehicle Co.,Ltd from January of 2008 to November of 2008, the vice secretary of the Party Committee, the vice general manager, the secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and the chairman of Labor Union of CSR Zhuzhou Institute from December of 2008 to December of 2009, the vice secretary of the Party Committee, the secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, and the chairman of Labor Union of CSR Zhuzhou Institute from January of 2010 to November of 2015. His has been the chairman of the supervisory board, vice secretary of the party committee，secretary of discipline inspection commission and chairman of labor union of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute since December of 2015.
