Mr. Zhang Xiangyang, was born in December 1975, Chinese nationality, and has no foreign right of abode. He holds a bachelor's degree and the title of senior engineer. He serves as Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang joined our company in August 1998 and has successively worked in the After-sales Service Department, Human Resources Department, R&D Center, and Rail Traffic Division of the company. From December 2004 to July 2009, he served as Director of Human Resource Department of Times Electric, from April 2009 to February 2018, he successively served as Deputy General Manager, General Manager of Baoji CSR Times Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., General Manager of Rail Engineering Division, Deputy Chief Economist of Times Electric. From February 2018 to August 2020, he served as Deputy General Manager of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. Since September 2020, he has served as Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd.
