EMU and passenger train electric system and core components
By implementing ”Introduction, Digestion, Absorption and Re-innovation”strategy, the company has established EMU electric traction system platform covering speed range from 120 to 350kmh. Its main products are traction converter, auxiliary converter and network control system for EMU. Besides, company also provides ventilative equipment, train-ground wireless communication system, axial temperature monitoring system, passenger information display, water supply and sanitary system, speed sensor, bogie failure detection equipment, switchboard and driver manipulative table applied to EMU, which are mainly used in type CRH2(including adaptive type for high land, anti-wind, anti-sand EMU ), CRH380A, CRH6 EMU trains, loaded more than 900 EMU sets, not only used in domestic high speed rail, intercity transportation but also exported to Argentina, Macedonia, Georgia, etc.
In terms of passenger train electric system, relying on the company's strong technology and product application practice over the years, the company's products have been widely applied in the field of passenger trains. Rail engineering vehicle and electric system
Company provides rail engineering vehicle and test & control products to improve railway and urban transit operation. Products portfolio covers heavy rail vehicle, catenary maintenance vehicle, track cranes, large scale rail maintenance vehicle, inspection vehicle, urban rail vehicle and metro vehicle, etc. In terms of test & control, company focus to electrical control technology, remote safety monitoring and IT technology, rail (including bridge and tunnel) and catenary inspection technology, vehicle system integration technology, constantly improve accuracy and efficiency of maintenance.
Communication and Signaling products
Company conducts basic theory research and production in rail communication and signaling system field, current leading orientation and mainstream products are urban rail transit train control system, intercity rail signaling system, urban rail signaling system, on-board equipment of tram signaling system. Adhering theory of communication signal system failure-security in product R&D process, using security computers, networks and control, communications, digital signal processing and other advanced technologies, developed a LKJ-93 type, LKJ2000 type, LKJ-15C05 type of train running monitor and record device, as well as signaling system for urban rail transit and tram. Through introduction, digestion and innovation, company developed CTCS2-200C ATP system, applied in normal trains, EMU, locomotive, intercity trains, urban rail trains. Products have been exported to Iran, Central Asia, South Asia, North and Middle America, Africa and other regions. It also successfully implemented Changsha metro line 2 and West extension line, Changsha maglev line projects.
