On December 22, CRRC ZELC held the unveiling ceremony of "National Railway Science Popularization Education Base" in the Technology and Culture Exhibition Center.
In September 2020, the Science and Culture Exhibition Center of CRRC ZELC was awarded the "National Railway Popular Science Education Base", becoming the first popular science education base in the national railway industry and the first national railway popular science education base of CRRC.
