Changsha, Oct. 20 (xinhua) – On Oct. 20, the rail transportation branch of the China Industrial Design Association was inaugurated in the CRRC ZELC. The establishment of this association aims to create an innovation center for the design of China's rail transportation equipment industry.
It is reported that establishment of the branch will pool advantageous innovative resources, build a high-end design exchange platform to promote the upgrading of industrial design service mode, and promote the integration and development of industrial design. the branch will regularly carry out academic exchanges and cooperation in terms of politics, industry, academy, research and practice, , make international exchanges and cooperation in industrial design, industry-related design competitions, selection and recognition activities, and undertake government-entrusted projects.
