Recently, Finial Assembly Workshop, Bogie Division of CRRC ZELC was awarded the title of "National Pioneer Worker”.
This workshop was established in October 1998, and has about 180 employees. In recent years, it won the All China Federation of Railway Workers' Trade Unions "Locomotive Cup", CRRC "Lean Production Demonstration Workshop" and other honors.
In recent years, this workshop changes the workshop production mode boldly, pushing for workstation system overcomes many trial-manufacture, parallel projects, frequent switching, factory transformation and other difficulties to ensure the successful completion of the production tasks. In 2017, more than 40 projects were organized, and about 3,000 new bogies were completed. The workshop adheres to the concept of "we are what we make" to strictly control the quality. In 2017, the product qualified rate hit a record high.
