On February 11, experts of Hunan Economic and Information Commission came Zhuzhou Guochuang Rail Technology Co.,LTD. (hereinafter referred as the Zhuzhou Guochuang Company ) for acceptance of Hunan Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center ( advanced rail transit equipment ). According to Hunan Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center Identification Management Regulations (HNPR - 2017-05018, Hunan Commission of Economy and Information Technology [2017] No. 706), after the application, then Zhuzhou Commission of Economy and Information Technology (CEIT) examined and recommended, Hunan Commission of Economy and Information Technology review, Zhuzhou Guochuang Company passed the acceptance smoothly. After the publicity, it officially won the 2018 annual Hunan Manufacturing Innovation Center (the first batch) identification.
Since January 2016, relevant departments of CRRC ZELC have been actively engaged in connection with MIIT, Hunan and Zhuzhou CEIT to initiate the declaration. In 2016, CRRC ZELC, CRRC ZIC, LINCE Group and China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Co., LTD. sponsored Hunan Rail Transit Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Centre registered in the provincial Civil Authority, and start the application of Hunan Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center. In August 2016, MIIT and other four ministries and commissions issued Manufacturing Innovation Center Construction Guide (2016-2020), Hunan Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center organized with the form of "company + industry association”. Here, industry association refers to Hunan Rail Transit Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Centre, as its operating company Zhuzhou Guochuang Company was established in February 2018.
The acceptance and identification of Hunan Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center marks a big step towards national manufacturing industry innovation center. On this basis, through sustained and effective management operation, it strives to upgrade the national manufacturing industry innovation center this year.
