Chen Qiang said the first barrier is European standard made by rail transportation giant in Europe and America. Chinese enterprises should obey or over the expectation of local quality and technology standard to break through the market barriers. “We need make efforts in terms of local purchasing, local manufacturing and local selling and enhance the cooperation of technology and talents.
