On locomotive car-body workshop of CRRC ZELC in Tianxin, Zhuzhou city, Hunan province, workers are doing welding operation. It is understood that up to March 3, the ration of return to work of CRRC ZELC staff has exceeded 93%. The manufacturing, design and research and development of many overseas and domestic key projects, such as the Monterrey light rail project in Mexico, the bullet train project in Philippines and the bullet train project in the Czech, are proceeding in an orderly manner.
