1.Coil adopts epoxy resin pouring with flame-resistance reaching standard V0, having characteristics of flame-resistance, non-dust accumulation, good damp-proof, good chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, and anti-short circuit capability.
2.Transformer is adaptable to frequently fluctuated voltage and loading fed by electric railway, and it has good tolerance to DC shunt generated by converter device. It will not generate over excitation on iron core.
3.After coil split, it can greatly improve the safety indexes of split part between high voltage coil and low voltage coil, as well as the short-circuit impedance of various parts after split of low voltage. It has practical economic significance in limiting short-circuit current of network and saving the investment.
4.Air duct of low voltage coil is honeycomb type, evenly distributed along the circumference, with good heat dissipation. Meanwhile, expand the air duct between low voltage coil to iron core and high voltage coil to low voltage coil, and also it is good for heat dissipation.
5.Conduct vacuum pouring onto high voltage and low voltage coil. Apply high voltage standstill process after pouring, to make poured resin more compact and eliminate the bubbles residual in the coil, thus partial discharge of each set of product shall be lower than 5pC.
