1.Coil adopts epoxy resin pouring with flame resistance reaching standard V0, having characteristics of flame resistance, non-dust accumulation, good moisture-resistance, good chemical resistance, high mechanical strength and strong anti-short circuit capability.
2.Transformer is adaptable to frequently fluctuated voltage and loading of electric railway power supply, and has good tolerance on DC shunt generated by converter device. It will not generate the conditions like excitation saturation of iron core.
3.Conduct vacuum pouring on high voltage and low voltage coils, and apply high voltage standstill process after pouring. Make poured resin more compact, and sufficiently eliminate bubbles residual in the coil, to ensure partial discharge of each set of product is lower than 5pC.
4.Transformer has adopted a series of methods to reduce noise of the product. If the integrated structure is pyknic type and gravity center is lower, it can decrease the noise; Iron core adopts high-quality 0.27mm cold rolled grain oriented silicone steel sheets, with characteristics of well-distributed sheet width, wave-free and low unit loss. Meanwhile, it adopts ladder 5 joint structure and selects acoustical material, to reach better noise reducing effects.
5.Air duct of low voltage coil is honeycomb type, evenly distributed along the circumference, and coil is with good heat dissipation. Meanwhile, expand the air duct between low voltage coil to iron core, and high voltage coil to low voltage coil, as it is good for heat dissipation.
