High reliability

By adopting end ring integrated welding structure for copper bar rotor, its reliability is enhance. It’s designed according to starting standard of 5000 times per year by adopting F level insulation structure, VPI integrated impregnation processing technique with main insulation and conductor inter-turn insulation featuring high anti-shock strength and extraordinary anti-corrosion and anti-vibration performance.

Low vibration and noise

Electro-magnetic parameters are optimized to guarantee low electro-magnetic noise; internal and external air ducts are optimized by adopting streamline design, low noise bearing and bearing pre-fastening device, adding air inlet and outlet shield and silencing structure to reduce the noise to a large degree with the actual noise 83.4dBA max. The actual vibration is 0.7mm/s max, lower than the standard value 2.3mm/s.
