With rated power of 315 KW and rotating speed of 12500 r/min, TYP15-160-5-4 single end output high-speed permanent magnet synchronous various frequency motor is independently developed and manufactured by CRRC Zhuzhou Electric CO.,ltd, able to provide high-end driving power for high-speed blower, high-speed compressor and turbo vacuum pump.
By adopting advanced permanent magnet, various frequency and direct drive technique, the whole drive system features high efficiency, small size, low noise, slight vibration and low life-cycle cost.

High efficiency

By adopting rare earth permanent magnet material, full load efficiency of the motor is up 3%.
By adopting high-speed direct drive and removing step-up gearbox, the system efficiency is up about 5%~7%.
By adopting various frequency speed regulating technique the efficiency value is 5%~30% higher compared with three-phase asynchronous motor under partial load operation.

Small size and large power density
|
Permanent magnet motor features high efficiency and low loss and smaller size compared with three-phase asynchronous motor under the same cooling condition. It removes step-up gearbox by adopting high-speed direct drive structure. The power factor of motor will not lower with pole number increasing, making multi-pole easy.

High reliability
|
With no step-up gearbox, rotor conducting bar, coil, cast aluminium and end ring of the induction motor, the high-speed permanent magnet motor is operating more stably and reliably.

Direct drive
|
There’ no need for step-up gearbox by adopting high-speed direct drive structure. It’s of simple structure and easy maintenance.
