As the development trend of domestic wind-driven generator featured to be large size, megawatt wind-driven generator has been the mainstream model in China. Permanent-magnet direct-drive wind-driven generator is featured by reliable generating unit, simple structure, low noise, high reliability and stable line operation, and speed of wind wheel can be changed as per wind speed. Currently, multistage permanent-magnet wind-driven generator without gear box has been the highly sophisticated product in the wind power industry.

CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Co., Ltd has a long-term cooperation with Goldwind in batch-manufacture of 1.5MW permanent-magnet direct-drive wind-driven generator.

This type of permanent-magnet direct-drive wind-driven generator adopts multistage structure and flat design. Coil can be one-time formed by imported digital coil spreading machine, and bandaged by imported full-automatic insulating tape rolling mill. Large vacuum impregnation equipment is applied for insulation treatment.

2.5MW Permanent-magnet Direct-drive Synchronous Wind-driven Generator

Based on the design and manufacture of 1.2MW and 1.5MW permanent-magnet synchronous wind-driven generator,CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Co.,Ltd has developed and manufactured 2.5MW permanent-magnet direct-drive synchronous wind-driven generator.

Main technical features

As wind-driven generator will operate under various environments, insulation system shall be innovated to enable the generator have a 20-year service life, even in a bad environment. 

It is excited by high magnetic energy product Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet material, with high efficiency in motor.

Generator runs in low rotating speed, with typical flat structure.
