1000/200kW Duplex Winding Water-cooled wind-driven generator

Machine can be switched to small power winding operation when wind power is small, and switched to high power winding operation when wind power is good. In this way, wind power can be sufficiently used, and integrated operation efficiency of wind –driven generator can be improved.

Main Technical Features

Cooling Method: Generator IC41W,good heat dissipation.

Installation mode:IMB3, protection grade:IP54;

It has two sets of stator windings, one is 1000kW winding, the other one is 200kW winding, Through change of wind speed, machine can be switched to different state to generate power, thus operation efficiency of generator can be improved.

Stator applies vacuum pressure impregnation varnish, and winding insulation is very reliable.

Rotor employs common squirrel-cage structure, which enjoys high reliability.

Stator insulation grade: H;

Automatic lubricator is applied to fuel the bearing, easy for maintenance.

Stator winding is equipped with thermal resistance sensor for monitoring temperature rise of winding in real-time;

Bearing is equipped with thermal resistance sensor for monitoring temperature rise of bearing in real-time;

Motor is embedded with moisture-proof heater, to prevent condensation at winding ends, when the machine is shutdown.

All the surface structure applies three-proofing treatment to meet the requirement of three-proofing, which can improve surface anticorrosion capability.
