Since the resumption of work in last month, CRRC Yongji has actively implemented various requirements for epidemic prevention, gradually and orderly resumed production and operation. Yongji made every effort to ensure that the production quality and delivery time of key projects are not affected.
On March 8th, the first batch of 2 GCD-1000 and 1 GCD-450 heavy rail cars for keta line developed by CRRC Yongji successfully shipped to Urumqi.
Keta line is an important part of the national and regional road network. It passes through the mayitas wind area in Xinjiang. This batch of rail cars will be used in Urumqi Railways. Due to the great sandstorm and bad environment to pass through the "devil's wind zone", which has a very high requirement for the anti sandstorm performance of rail cars.
Because of the special technical requirements, the technical engineer of CRRC Yongji optimized the structure of the whole vehicle, increased the air intake, and designed a special sand filter for the characteristics of the line's windy sand and extremely cold and hot operating environment.
In the face of the impact of the epidemic situation on the key production stage of the project, the designers and constructors overcame all difficulties, strengthened online communication with customers while designing. Within the delivery plan, CRRC Yongji successfully delivered the products to the customers, fulfilled the contract tasks, met the customers' needs and guaranteed Corporate reputation.
