Recently, the Implementation Management Office of National 02 Special Project, issued the project & subjects acceptance conclusion documents for the 02 Special Project. The National 02 Science and Technology Major Project, the” Smart Power Grid High Voltage Chip Package and Module Technology R&D and Industrialization” (project No. : 2011ZX02603) and its nine subordinate subjects, has passed the national acceptance. The project implemented by CRRC Xi’an Yonge Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company of the CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd., and the other seven industries chains units like the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
During the implement process of project, CRRC Yongji Electric Company undertook and completed the R&D of ten typical IGBT module products with national advanced level and independent intellectual property right, like the 6500V/600A, 3300V/1200A type and so on. The current range from 2A to 2400A, and the voltage covers 600V~6500V. The products are applied in batches in fields of railway, smart power grid, wind power, industrial control, new energy vehicles and home appliances, etc. CRRC Yongji Electric Company has the three packaging production lines for IGBT module, which are welding type, plastic seal type and compression type. The first domestic IGBT module R&D and industrialization base has been built in Xi’an Economic and Technology Development Zone by CRRC Yongji. The project has own the first prize of science and technology of Xi’an city and Shaanxi province.
