On June 17th, the 7.6MW Offshore Semi-Direct Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Wind Power Generator, which independently developed by CRRC Yongji Electric Co.,Ltd., has launched. As the highest power Offshore Semi-Direct Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Wind Power Generator in China presently, the 7.6MW Offshore Semi-Direct Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Wind power generator with international advanced technology has obtained the Authentication Certificate issued by China General Certification Center.
The successfully launch of the wind power generator indicates that China has the independent R&D capability of high-power offshore wind power generators. It is has the milestone significance to further improve the capability of China’s offshore wind power equipment and to develop capacity of China’s marine resources.
Mr. Zhiqiang Duan, the Deputy Chief Engineer, from CRRC Yongji, said, “the model of this wind power generator adopted Semi-Direct drive technology, which can effectively improve the reliability of offshore power generator with the characteristics of high power, compact structure and high anticorrosion grade. In addition, the wind power generator has the “Four-high and Four-low” characteristics and advantages, including high integration (such as small size, light weight, etc.) , high efficiency, high reliability (such as strong anti-loss capability, large winding temperature rising margin, etc.) , high maintainability, low harmonic content, low VTHD (Voltage Total Harmonic Distortion), low vibration, low noise.”
The advanced temperature and vibration sensors, which are equipped on multipoint of the wind power generator, endow the wind power generator with all-directional perception ability. They can realize the direct and accurate measurement of the key operation state, and improve the safety and reliability of the wind power generator to the intelligent grade.
At the same time, CRRC Yongji has developed the highest power Semi-Direct Drive Wind power generator Test Platform in China for supporting the power generator test, with the capacity of 8MW wind power generator test, which has filled the gap of the domestic high power test platform.
