The CA25G air conditioned dining car is a domestically produced model 25K upgraded dining car developed and manufactured by Tangshan Rolling Stock Plant. On this car, “B” end of car is provided with a power distribution room, a storeroom, and a small corridor; “A” end of car is provided with a storage room, a vestibule, a kitchen, a large corridor, and a pantry; there is a dining saloon in the middle. 209P bogies and model 104 distribution valves are used. There are movable dining tables and seats in the dining saloon; the kitchen is fully equipped. Centralized power supply is used; air conditioning units are arranged on car roof; an electric heating system is used. It is one of main models of dining car operating on main lines in China.
The CA25G dining car can be designed to meet customer requirements. The car can also be designed and manufactured as a common dining car. The superclass dining car including a bar, a recreation room, and a rest room is shown in the figure. With a classic style, the car is deluxe, magnificent, and splendid. All side sheathings are fabricated by means of traditional lacquer process in factory; decorative fittings and equipment fittings are gold (titanium) plated. The recreation room is equipped with audio equipment and a piano for use of passengers so as to meet their need to the maximum extent during journey.
The dining saloon of the CA25G air conditioned dining car is provided with twin seats (2 + 2 opposite) with a dining table in between. There is a pedestrian path in the middle of the dining saloon through which passengers can go to dinner easily. Interior colors can be determined according to customer requirements. The car can also be designed and manufactured as a finalized product. The car roof is decorated with ABS or FRP products which have soft colors and do not discolor. The pure, fresh, and bright lighting makes eaters feel doubly spacious and comfortable. All kitchen ware are stainless steel products which can meet passengers’ need for dining.
