After strict appraisal and concentrated announcements, State Asset Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Central Committee of the Communist Young League decide that 124 young groups like driver’s cab group of Aluminum Alloy Factory at China CNR Tangshan Railway Vehicle Company are listed as the annual "National Model Youth" between 2009 and 2010. The key part of the high-speed EMU’s aluminum alloy car body, pure aluminum alloy driver’s cab in three-dimensional welding structure, is high in technology and complex in manufacturing process. The driver’s cab, finished by over 62 senior young aluminum soldering workers and assemblers, possesses as complex manufacturing process as the driver’s cab with independent intellectual property rights, thus turning TRC into the first Chinese enterprise that masters this advanced technology and conduct mass production.
