9:30 on 31 Oct., the awards ceremony for 2014 outstanding masters and apprentices and prize winners in Habor Economic Area Technical Ability Competition of our company was held in 2101 meeting room.
During the meeting, the HR Director summarized the work of 2014 mentoring program.. The Deputy Director of the Party Work Dept. summarized the work of technical ability competition, which was held by Habor Economic Area, and arranged the 1st technical ability competition of our company. Mr. Wang Ping, the Vice-general Manager and Chief Engineer of our company read out the “Decision of Reward 2014 outstanding Masters and Apprentices” and “Decision of Reward Prize Winners in 1st Habor Economic Area Technical Ability Competition”. The leadership of company awarded for the representative of outstanding masters and apprentice and the prize winners in technical ability competition. Mu Yusong, the outstanding master and Xu Fengshan, the outstanding apprentice, made a speech as the representatives.
Mr. Zhang Xiaojun, the Board Chairman and the Secretary of the Party Committee of company made an important speech in the meeting. He on behalf of the company, gave sincere congratulations again to the above staffs at first. He pointed out that “pass on experience, learn from each other” and technical ability competition which should base on the production condition and human requirement, had an important role for talents search and cultivation, they are the significant steps for implementing “three one-hundred talents” strategy, as well the effective carrier to improve the professional quality and competence of our staffs, and the “incubator” of excellent talents. TJJC will build sorts of platforms from five aspects to help the staffs to improve their professional skills and technical level. Mr. Zhang hopes all the staffs can keep forging ahead, grasp opportunities, practice themselves, grow step by step and become the core talents of our company.
