The maximum simultaneous maintenance capability of Tianjin Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. is 3000. Since Dec. 2011, we have passed the 2-year period maintenance capability assessment of HXD3, HXD3B and HXD3C type locomotive by the Railway Bureau, and realize batch maintenance of 2-year period maintenance of electric locomotives. And we carry out the 2nd 2-year period maintenance of HXD3 and HXD3C electric locomotive successively and realize the batch 2nd 2-year period and testing maintenance of HXD3 and HXD3C respectively.
Since Apr. 1st, 2015, China Railway Corporation carry out the reform of the classification and system of HX type AC drive locomotive maintenance. According to requirements, we undertake the class C5 and C6 maintenance of HX type locomotive. In accordance with the technical regulation of class C5 maintenance, we adjusted our production procedure and finished the testing C5 maintenance of locomotive. During the year of 2015, our total quantity of HXD3 and HXD3C electric locomotive C5 maintenance reached to 222. Since the beginning of 2016, the preparation of class C6 maintenance has started.
During the procedure of locomotive maintenance, we follow thought of “from easy to hard, from simple to complicate”, carry out the maintenance implementation plan of outsourcing to local cooperation and realize independent maintenance. Till the end of 2015, we have realized the local maintenance of locomotive main parts, including 9 local independent maintenance parts, which are bogie frame and accessories, traction link, coupler buffer device (except buffer), primary and secondary suspension spring, motor sag rod, axle-box pull rod and high voltage potential transformer, and 16 local cooperate maintenance parts, which are 110V supply unit, pantograph, main circuit breaker, traction ventilator, composite cooling ventilation unit, toilet, air compressor, dryer, air conditioner, air conditioner control box, driving device, traction motor, deflector device, TCMS microcomputer system, auxiliary compressor and lightning arrester.
