On May 16th, the 2nd World Intelligence Congress was held in Tianjin. CRRC SRI’s intelligent operation & maintenance system and intelligent overhaul system for railway vehicles, the “Intelligence Window”and “Magic Mirror” based on satellite communications, etc made debut at the Congress, attracting many visitors and media attention.
CRRC SRI has been actively implementing the plan of "Made in China 2025". Relying on its own advantages in the field of rail transportation, CRRC SRI is carrying out research on the whole life cycle solution of electrical, electronic, coupler & draft gear, anti- vibration, brake and other core systems, and has achieved initial success in areas such as intelligent operation &maintenance and intelligent overhaul systems.
At the exhibition site, the “Intelligent Operation & Maintenance System for Railway Vehicles” and the “Intelligent Overhaul System for Railway Vehicles” compose the train automation application & control system platform, which can retrieve the operation and maintenance data in real time to allow passengers to experience new intelligent operation and maintenance technology brought by “digital trains”. In addition to the basic functions of traditional window and mirror, the “Intelligence Window” and “Magic Mirror” based on satellite communications add real-time weather, news, and station information, so the passengers can feel the intelligence and convenience of the "future train" in the fingertip interaction, which can also lay the foundation for the comprehensive research and service of big data.
