On the occasion of Spring Festival, Xing Xiaodong, the general director of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Rolling Stock Research Institute Co., Ltd. came to SRI’s after-sale service station at Beijing South EMU depot, and visited employees who were still working at the frontline during the Spring Festival on February 18 (the 3rd of the first lunar month). The general director had a friendly conversation with the employees, sent them the festival greeting and consolation, expressed his sincere gratitude to them for their hard work and hoped that they would guarantee the work during the Spring Festival travel rush with better service quality, higher work efficiency and faster response speed. During the Spring Festival, the leaders of CRRC SRI went to many after-sales service sites to deliver the festive blessings and sincere gratitude to the after-sales service employees.
This is the first Spring Festival travel rush after CR400 put into operation, which is of great significance. CRRC SRI actively organized after-sales service employees to provide after-sales maintenance services at 5 CR400 maintenance sites in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou and Tianjin. CR400 is equipped with the passenger information system, network control system, electrical cabinets, chargers and other electrical systems, the coupler & draft gear system, anti-vibration and brake system developed by CRRC SRI. To ensure the normal operation of each system, the after-sales service employees carried out the pre-operation regular meetings at 7 p. m., then performed the systematic inspection and maintenance in power on and off conditions for each vehicle, watched the train out of depot for operation till the next morning, and summed up the after-sales service. During the 13-hour uninterrupted inspection and maintenance work, they have no regrets and work with perseverance and dedication to ensure the normal operation of the SRI's products through meticulous maintenance services.
On the day of national celebration and family reunion, nearly 200 service employees of CRRC SRI in many cities across our country are still working at the frontline for transportation guarantee. It is the hard work of each after-sales service employee that guarantees the running of EMUs and vehicles in various cities in best condition, facilitates passengers' trip during Spring Festival and ensures the better riding experience of passengers.
