On August 6th, CRRC SRI convened the special meeting of safety committee and kick-off meeting of three-year work plan for ecological protection and pollution prevention, conveyed the instructions of national video & telephone conference on safety production and CRRC 2018 video conference on ecological protection and pollution prevention, arranged and deployed the safety environmental protection work of next stage. Kong Jun, secretary of Party committee and chairman of CRRC SRI made important deployment. The general manager Xing Xiaodong presided over the meeting, and company leading officials, middle-level management personnel and safety supervisors of each department participated in the meetig.
At the meeting, Xing Xiaodong conveyed the instructions of CRRC 2018 video conference on ecological protection and pollution prevention; the vice-general manager Cui Fengzhao conveyed the instructions of the national video & telephone conference on safety production.
In light of the practical work, the safety environmental protection department analyzed the current safety production situation and existing problems, and arranged the special rectification work plan of safety production; the production management department analyzed the existing problems after production site rectification and made the second-stage work scheme.
Cui Fengzhao deployed the work of identifying the hidden hazards against safety production and three-year work plan for ecological protection and pollution prevention.
Kong Jun pointed out that winning the battle for the safety production and ecological prevention is not only the concrete manifestation of implementing the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, the State Council and the group company, but also the inherent need of company development, having far-reaching impact and underlying importance.
Kong Jun emphasized that first, we shall enhance our ideological understanding, attach great importance to identify the hidden dangers and prevent the pollution; second, we shall shoulder the mission of new era and seize the opportunity to strengthen and expand the energy-saving and eco-friendly industry; third, we shall strengthen the responsibility and win the battle against hidden dangers and pollution.
Based on the practical development, Kong Jun also put forward the requirements to strengthen and expand the energy-saving and eco-friendly industry: first, establish green development concept, give play to the company technical advantage, develop and research the green products; second, strongly promote the energy storage business and expand the the development of energy-saving and eco-friendly industry; third, do well in the energy-saving and eco-friendly strategy planning to promote the sustainable development of company.
At last, Xing Xiaodong put forward three requirements in regard of the meeting instructions: first, timely communication and implementation. Ensure to convey the meeting instructions and the speech of the chairman Kong Jun to every employee; second, extensive publicity and mobilization. By joint management, the Party, the government, the labor union and the league branch shall carry out publicity activities by means of newspaper, intranets, Wechat and on-site board to popularize the knowledge of safety production and environmental protection and publicize the green development concept; third, full implementation of meeting instructions. We shall conscientiously strengthen the organizational leadership, establish the departmental implementation scheme, refine and decompose the target tasks to ensure that each work is completed in order.
CRRC SRI will unite the ideological consensus, assume the mission of new era, fulfill the company responsibilities and win the battle against the hidden dangers and pollution to contribute to the construction of “Safety CRRC” and “Healthy CRRC” and the creation of CRRC “Golden Card”.
