The semi-permanent coupler and draft gear is combined by drag rod, collapse tube and elastic buffer. It has two parts, one includes drag rod and elastic buffer, and the other includes collapse tube and elastic buffer, and two parts are connected by the snap ring. It is used in metro vehicle.
