Mr. Xu, born in 1970, is chairman of the Board of Directors and secretary of Party Committee of our company. In the industry which our company belongs to, Mr. Xu has extensive experience of specialized technology management, equipment management, operation management, planning and development management, marketing management. In Qishuyan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Works, he successively held the posts of deputy manager of Equipment Company, manager of Power Company, vice chief engineer of the factory. From January, 2008 to June, 2011, he was vice chief engineer, vice chief engineer and deputy director of Technology Center, director of Process Technique Department. From June, 2011 to August,2016, he held the post of vice general manager of our company. From September,2016 to August,2018, he held the posts of vice general manager of our company and member of the Board of Directors. From September, 2018 to March,2021 he has held the posts of member of the Board of Directors, general manager of our company and vice secretary of Party Committee. Since April,2021, he has been chairman of the Board of Directors and secretary of Party Committee of our company. He graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in mechatronic engineering major, and achieved master degree in mechanical engineering and automation major at Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is a professorate senior engineer.

Qin Hui

Vice Secretary of Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Chairman of Supervisory Board

Mr. Qin, born in 1966, is vice secretary of Party Committee, secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, chairman of Supervisory Board. Mr. Qin has extensive experience of quality management, technology management, investment management, operation management and production management in the industry which our company belongs to. In Qishuyan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Works, he successively held the posts of deputy director of Quality Inspection Department, office director of chief engineer and deputy director of Project Office of Locomotive and Technology Introduction, vice chief economist and director of Development and Planning Department, vice president of the factory. In January, 2008, he became vice general manager of our company. In December, 2015, he became a member of Board of Directors and vice general manager of our company. In March of 2016, he held the posts of member of the Board of Directors, vice general manager, chief engineer and director of Technology Center, intellectual property officer. Since September of 2016, he has been vice secretary of Party Committee, secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, chairman of Supervisory Board. Mr. Qin graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in rolling stock major, with qualification certificate of Senior Professional Manager issued by China Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Directors Association. He is a senior engineer.

 

Shen Yongping

Vice General Manager

Mr. Shen, born in 1968, is vice general manager of our company. In the industry which our company belongs to, he has extensive experience of specialized technology management and operation management. In Qishuyan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Works, he successively held the posts of deputy director of Design Department, project office director of Technology Center. From January, 2008 to June, 2011, he successively held posts of project office director of Technology Center and deputy director of Diesel Engine Subfactory, vice chief engineer, vice chief engineer and director of Product Design Department, vice chief engineer and deputy director of Technology Center. Since June, 2011, he has held the post of vice general manager of our company. He graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in diesel engine major. He once studied in Foreign Language Training Center of Changsha Railway Institute, and achieved master degree in thermal energy and power engineering major at Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is a professorate senior engineer.

 

Zhong Ping

Vice General Manager

Mr. Zhong, born in 1968, is vice general manager of our company. In the industry which our company belongs to, Mr. Zhong has rich knowledge and experience of operation and management. In Qishuyan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Works, he successively held posts of deputy manager of Tool Company, manager of Power Company, director of Production & Planning Department. From January, 2008 to September, 2016, he successively held posts of director of Production & Planning Department, vice chief economist and director of Production & Planning Department, director of Manufacturing Center and director of Project Management Department, director of Domestic Locomotive Manufacturing Department, director of Project Management Center and director of Project Department, director of Manufacturing Department, director of Procurement Center. Since September, 2016, he has held the post of vice general manager of our company. He graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in mechanical manufacturing processes and equipment major, and achieved master degree of engineering in mechanical engineering major at Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is a senior engineer.

 

Zhong Huaiqing

Vice General Manager, Chief Engineer and Director of Technology Center, Intellectual Property Officer

Mr. Zhong, born in 1969, is vice general manager, chief engineer and director of Technology Center, intellectual property officer of our company. In the industry which our company belongs to, he has extensive experience of technology management and operation management. From January, 2008 to September, 2016, he successively held posts of director of Diesel Engine Design Section of Product Design Department of Technology Center and deputy director of Diesel Engine Workshop, director of Project Office of Technology Center, director of Project Department, deputy director of Product Design Department of Technology Center, director of Product Design Department of Technology Center and director of Test Verification Center, manager of Technology Service Branch Company, director of Process Technique Department of Technology Center. Since September, 2016, he has held the posts of vice general manager, chief engineer and director of Technology Center, intellectual property officer. He graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology in diesel engine major. He achieved the Master of Engineering at Shanghai Jiaotong University in power engineering major. He is a professorate senior engineer.

Guan Yanhua

Vice General Manager, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Guan, born in 1971, is the vice-general manager, chief financial officer of our company. He has extensive financial knowledge and management experience in the industry of equipment manufacturing. He successively held the posts of deputy director of Finance Section, deputy director of Finance Department, director of Finance Department, director of General Manager Office. Since October, 2017, he has held the posts of vice general manager, chief financial officer. He graduated from Nanjing Rail Transport School in financial accounting major. He achieved MBA at City University of Macau. He is an accountant.

Yang Shanwei

Vice General Manager

Mr. Yang, born in 1974, is the vice general manager. In the industry which our company belongs to, he has extensive experience of specialized technology management and operation management. From January, 2008 to November, 2020, he successively held positions of deputy director of Marketing Center and director of National Railway Sales Department, director of General Assembly Workshop No.1 of Locomotive Subfactory, manager of Locomotive No.1 Company, director of Comprehensive Management Department, director of Operation Management Department, secretary of General Party Branch of Locomotive Repair Company, vice general engineer (responsible for quality) and deputy director of Technology Center. Since November, 2020, he has been vice general manager of our company. He graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in mechanical manufacturing processes and equipment major and achieved MBA at Jiangsu University. He is a senior engineer.

Guan Minwei

Vice General Manager

Mr. Guan, born in 1975, is the vice general manager. In the industry which our company belongs to, he has extensive experience of specialized technology management, market development and overseas operation. From January,2008 to November,2020,he successively held positions of deputy director of Product Design Department of Technology Center, director of Product Design Department Technology Center & deputy director of Test Verification Center, director of Overseas Locomotive Manufacturing Department of Manufacturing Center & deputy director of Test Verification Center, deputy director of International Trade Center, director of International Trade Center, general manager of Kenya Locomotive Maintenance Division. Since November, 2020, he has been vice general manager of our company. Mr. Guan graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in locomotive & rolling stock engineering major, and achieved master degree of diesel locomotive engineering at Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is a professorate senior engineer.
