Introduction: DF4D (full suspension) diesel locomotive is AC-DC transmission trunk line passenger locomotive. The locomotive body is of middle corridor frame type side wall bearing structure; it is equipped with 16V240ZJD diesel generator set and auxiliary device with advanced level in the world developed by cooperating with foreign countries; the maximum service power of diesel engine is 2940kW. The locomotive running gear adopts two sets of 3-axle full-suspended bogies and two-stage suspension with four cylindrical coil spring supports and low-level four-bar traction mechanism. The suspension driving unit of the traction motor adopts bogie frame suspension type wheelset hollow shaft full suspension device and double-stage 6-connecting rod driving mechanism. The locomotive is equipped with vertical, transverse and anti-yaw damper to improve its running stability. The locomotive is characterized by good dynamic performance, service economic performance, universality and interchangeability and high durability and reliability.
