Introduction: DJK-140 girder-erecting machine is the main machine type for construction of Chinese railways. The machine is mainly used to erect 32m and below “T” plastic concrete finished girders and can also be used to lay deck rails. It has the function of onboard transverse girder shift with the transverse shift up to 980mm. It can put the girders in place at a time. Except fast erection speed (eight 32m girders erected for single line within 24 hours), the machine can also be used for complicated working conditions such as tunnel openings and T-shape abutment and small radius. Girder replacement and erection of existing line is also a prominent feature of the machine.
The upgraded DJK140 girder-erecting machine can meet the normal erection construction requirements of 2201 type beam segments for mixed passenger and freight lines with the speed of 200km/h and 2101 type beam segments for speed increasing lines; meanwhile, the machine, especially its original design structure, is kept unchanged, and the DJK140 girder-erecting machine before upgrading is employed for rail transport and fast track laying function is added, which will be conducted with the mature technical scheme designed and developed by us independently. This provides an economic and reliable solution for the upgrading of existing girder-erecting machines of each engineering bureau to meet the erection and construction requirements of new bridges.
The DJK140 girder-erecting machine sets from the Fifth Project Co., Ltd. of China Railway Bureau 14 Group maintained by us were delivered to the user and put into operation at the end of 2010. Now we are maintaining and upgrading two DJK140 girder-erecting machines from China Railway 14th Construction Bureau Co., Ltd. and China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
