Introduction: For CRTS III track slab, on the basis of the ballastless track re-innovation early-period results of MOR, the shouldered WJ-8 fastenings and original CRTS I track slabs are combined properly after optimization, and the spatial curved surface is steplessly adjusted laterally and vertically in two-dimension via fastening joints as per the actual demand on line types, realizing one-time prefabrication of CRTS I track slab with high spatial geometric accuracy.

Main features of CRTS III steel die
The steel die body is made of welded H-steel and steel plate. The steel die has reasonable structure and large rigidity and strength and been subject to post-weld heat stress relieving aging treatment. During application, it provides stable dimensions and can be used for at least 800 times.
The casing locating pins and steel die assembly locating pins provide accurate location and high repeated location accuracy, so they are fast and reliable.
The steel die is fastened with high-strength bolts and embedded with slideway. It is characterized by horizontal opening/closing, simple operation and fast demoulding. Its opening/closing can be completed by two persons within 5 minutes, so it helps to save cost.
High machining precision, free of leakage and high molding precision.
Frequency converting control high-frequency vibration is adopted for electrical control vibration.
