Introduction: CRTS II track slab steel model production line is an equipment integration system of fabricating track slabs used for laying of CRTS II track slab passenger express railway dedicated lines. We conducted study design of technical specification according to Chinese technical standards after absorbing the technology of Germany Borg board production line. Under the premise of guaranteeing normal performance, all the imported parts were replaced with parts made in China to reduce the equipment cost. Meanwhile the production line scheme and structure were optimized to meet the requirements for quality and production efficiency of passenger dedicated line track slabs and provide quality equipment for the construction of passenger dedicated lines.
CRTS II track slab steel model is adjustable and flexible. 22-27 dies form a production line in a tensioning pool. It is characterized by high production efficiency, high automation control degree and high reliability, etc.

Each set of formwork is provided with a steel frame body, 20 rail support shells, 9 pieces of triangular press strips, 8 outriggers and elastic supports, one trapezoid baffle and one trapezoid baffle fixing pull rod.

Electrical control:
There is a frequency converting main control cabinet and 22-27 minor control cabinets. Eight 150hz variable frequency vibrators are fixed below each formwork and controlled by selecting the number of die to be vibrated with a remote control so as to achieve vibration lasting for 3-4 minutes and realize ideal vibration results.
